Organisational Structure of MarViva

MarViva has offices in Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia, with a representative office in Spain.

The activities of MarViva include actions at both national and regional levels.

The headquarters of the Regional Management of MarViva are located in Costa Rica.

Every country has its own director in charge of coordinating the local team with a manager leading each one of the four programmes of the organisation.

An Operations Management Department is responsible for the complex logistics required to achieve efficient use of the boats.
