Costa Rica. To protect the reproduction periods of species of commercial interest, the closed season began in the Gulf of Nicoya on May 1st and will last until the end of July.

Colombia. An investigation conducted by the MarViva Foundation reveals troubling findings on transparency and honesty in the packaged fish products market in the city of Bogota.
